2012 was an interesting year for Tim as far as TV and Film work, having snagged parts on The Firm, My Babysitter's A Vampire and Perfect Storms, a new 6 part series for The History Channel.

Awarded Toronto and Ontario Arts Council Grants for his personal memoir, "A Long Way From Kind and Pretty: Things in the Medicine Cabinet, Masterson's now working on turning the book into a screenplay. He's also been donating his imaginative talents and heartfelt epistles to print journals and online lit salons like So New Media, Word Riot, Fresh Yarn Salon and Canadian periodicals, The National Post, Now Magazine and PIE Magazine.

He co-produced and hosted Toronto's first interactive literary series at The Drake Hotel entitled Word Substance Spatula, bringing young innovative American authors to read and discuss their latest work. Tim's also a regular contributor to CIUT's talk radio show, HOWL, with Nik Beat.

Taking advantage of his dual citizenship, Tim's also been able to pursue his dreams south of the border having worked, studied and gained life experience in New York and Los Angeles (see the full A & E Biography on TimberMedia!). "Toronto has always had a strong pull on me, I always seem to land back here."

No one knows what the future holds for him.
